We designed a guided journal using the prompts we use in our own practice. Included in the journal is a short introduction which outlines how we use our daily journal writing to help navigate through life. We have found writing improves our outlook on just about everything. We think you should try it too!

We have been pretty fortunate in our personal and professional lives but we still face challenges. It is difficult to avoid all heartache in a full life, so we are glad there is space to talk openly to friends, family, coaches, and mentors about the struggles we encounter, especially with our mental health.
Cola Bros wants to keep the conversation open and support organizations that provide a safe space for people who are in need of support. We are featuring and will contribute to TWLOHA, a non-profit organization founded by friends to help a friend.
The proceeds from all sales on Cola Bros will be donated to the non-profit, To Write Love on Her Arms (TWLOHA).
Their mission: To Write Love on Her Arms is dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, and suicide. TWLOHA exists to encourage, inform, inspire, and also to invest directly into treatment and recovery.
