When will my order ship and how long will it take to arrive?

 

Items will be packaged and shipped on same day order if order is placed before 2 pm.  If there is a delay in shipping, you will be notified. 

 

How often do you restock products?

 

Restocking times will vary. For more specific details regarding out of stock products, please contact customer service.

 

How do I exchange or return a product?

 

Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 30 days of delivery and provided such products are returned in their original condition. You bear the risk of loss during shipment.

How long will a refund or exchange take to process?

 

Once item is received, we will work to refund your account within 24-48 hours, unless received before a long holiday. Providing item for exchange is in stock, once item to be exchanged is received, the new item will be shipped within 24-48 hours, unless received before a long holiday. 

 

What is your return policy?

 

Products to be returned for refund or exchange must have all tags attached and must be in new condition.

 

How do Cola Bros contribute to the mental health space?

 

The cola Bros creates content with purpose.  Aside from the sell of products and goods that are designed to share the happiness message, Cola Bros donates 20% of proceeds to  mental health organizations that provide outreach to young adults who struggle with mental illness, including suicidal ideation.
